At TaylorJon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are committed to ensuring you have a smooth shopping experience with us. Our flexible return, refund, and exchange policy makes us one of the most reliable online fashion destinations.

Order Processing & Cancellations

All TaylorJon jackets are made to order, carefully handcrafted after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once the production process has begun. Every piece is tailored specifically for you, ensuring exclusivity and precision.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund process typically takes 15 to 45 days, depending on the case. Please allow:

  • 15–20 days for the return to be processed, and
  • up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account statement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Sizing Accuracy & Color Disclaimer

If the jacket you receive does not match the measurements you ordered as per the size guide provided on our website, you will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Our team will review the measurements based on your order details and the delivered product to confirm eligibility.

Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur between the advertised images and the actual product due to lighting conditions, photography, and screen display differences. These minor differences are normal in all handcrafted garments and are not considered a defect.

Refund Amounts & Deductions

You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
Please note:

  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • If a product is returned for a refund, actual shipping costs will be deducted.
  • Customers opting for a store credit will receive 100% of the item value without deduction.

Sizing & Exchanges

Since sizes are reconfirmed with the customer before production, full refunds are not guaranteed for size-related returns. However, we do offer exchanges, and in such cases, the customer will be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Used Products

Items that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange.
If the damage occurred during shipping or you received a defective product, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you promptly.
