  • Personal Preference: We do not accept returns or exchanges solely because the customer did not like the item. Please consider your choice carefully before purchasing.

  • Exact Size Ordered: We do not accept returns or exchanges if the size of the item made matches exactly what you ordered. We urge customers to review the size chart thoroughly before placing an order.

  • Refund Policy Awareness: Please read this refund policy carefully before making a purchase. TaylorJon is not liable for returns, refunds, or exchanges if customers are unaware of these policies.

We have a flexible return/refund and exchange policy for our customers that make us one of the most reliable online shopping stores. We have a simple Return policy of 15 days from the day you place the order.

Please Note:

  • To initiate a return or exchange, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Our quality team will inspect the product before it is dispatched to confirm the condition.
  • Product damaged by customer or showing signs of wear are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns & Exchanges:

Size Issues:

Report any size-related issues within 24 hours of receiving your item. Returns or exchanges for size issues reported after this period cannot be processed.

Incorrect Size Selection:

If the item matches the size specifications on our chart but doesn’t fit you due to incorrect size selection, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.

Store Error:

If the sizing error is on our part (e.g., the item doesn’t match the size specifications), TaylorJon will take full responsibility and provide an exchange. Please ensure to report this within 24 hours of item receipt.

Order Cancellation:

Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.

  • If the product is canceled after 24 hours, then 25% will be subtracted from the buyer’s paid amount.
  • If the product is canceled three days after verification, then 35% will be subtracted from the buyer’s paid amount.
  • There will be no cancellation if a customer performs it after a week of confirmation.
