TaylorJon Refund & Return Policy

At TaylorJon, we are dedicated to quality craftsmanship and strive to deliver a smooth and seamless shopping experience. Customer satisfaction remains our primary focus. Our easy return, refund and exchange policy helps make us a reliable choice for online fashion. 

Order Processing & Cancellations

Every TaylorJon jacket is custom handcrafted right after an order is placed. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are not accepted. Each piece is made specifically for you, ensuring uniqueness and precision. 

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

The refund procedure often takes 15 to 45 days after your return is received and reviewed, depending on the case. Please allow:

• 15–20 days for the return to be processed, and

• up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account statement.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Sizing Accuracy & Color Disclaimer

You will be eligible for a replacement or a complete refund if the jacket you receive does not fit the measurements that you ordered according to the size chart on our website. To verify eligibility, our staff will examine the measurements depending on the details of your order and the delivered item.

Please note that slight variations in color or texture may occur between the advertised images and the actual product due to lighting conditions, photography, and screen display differences. These minor differences are normal in all handcrafted garments and are not considered a defect.

Refund Amounts & Deductions

You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.

Please note:

• The cost of shipping and handling is not refundable.

• Within 3 days of placing the order: a 30% cancellation fee will be deducted.
• After 3 days of placing the order: a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted.

• The actual shipment cost will be deducted if a product is returned for a refund.

• Customers opting for a store credit will receive 100% of the item value without deduction.

Sizing & Exchanges

Since sizes are reconfirmed with the customer before production, full refunds are not guaranteed for size-related returns. However, we do offer exchanges, and in such cases, the customer will be responsible for both return and re-shipping costs.

Damaged or Used Products

Refunds and exchanges are not available for anything that the consumer has used, worn or damaged.

Please get in touch with us right away with pictures if the damage happened during delivery or you received a defective item, so we can help you right away.
